Looking for academic teacher lesson plan resources for chemistry? Here is an academic chemistry vocabulary word maze puzzle with a list of 19 word clues, with their letters scrambled! Puzzle is suitable for grades 9-12, academic chemistry and homeschooling environments. Letter paths in this maze puzzle do not cross. Words are related to the periodic table.

How to solve the puzzle:
1. FIRST, unjumble the letters in each word clue to reveal the words hidden in the grid and then record the correct spelling
2. REMEMBER: word paths travel in the following directions: vertically, horizontally, forwards, backwards, but NOT diagonally
3. NEXT, locate the circled letter as this is your starting point
4. NOTE: letter paths do NOT cross
5. THEN: trace the letter paths from beginning to end; the result is a maze like structure within the word search grid
6. FINALLY, check off each word as you find it to track progress

Lesson plan activity ideas:
1. students create word search puzzles using blank word search grids and any number of chemistry words [blank word search link, below]
