Solve the puzzle
l. First, review the list of 15 words listed below the grid and note: the word with the least and the greatest number of letters.
2. Next, locate the spaces that match those words. Fill in the blanks with the correct word/s.
3. Then, fill in the remaining blank spaces with the the words that share similar letters.
4. Finally, track progress by crossing off each word as it is placed in the grid.
Choice board activity ideas:
l. Use the list of landform words to create word searches (link for blank templates is below).
2. Create a treasure map using any number of landforms as the locale: glacier, archipelago, hill, seashore, in a stream
3. Construct a 3D model of student's choice remembering to include color and labels.
4. Create other puzzle types: scrambled letters using the list of words; crossword puzzle, matching puzzle.
