To solve the puzzle, first brainstorm possible words that are hidden in the grid. Then, locate the circled letter as the letter hint for the first letter in each hidden word. Next, trace the letter paths for each word. Finally, record your progress by printing each word in the space provided below the grid.
Choice board activities:
l. ENGAGE critical thinking skills by encouraging kids to ask, What if/What would happen if? questions using the list of words as clues.
2. IGNITE students' imaginations and creativity by getting kids to create a treasure map using some of the space words.
